MANY clients who value outstanding sales can join the fund.

However,
if an investment company leads people to find and visit it,
A FEW WISE clients who value outstanding investment will join the fund.

This is because 
an investment company which is able to perform outstanding investment does not have time to approach potential clients and 
a client who values outstanding investment does not want to meet only approaching investment companies.

Wise investment companies and wise clients are both rarities.
But eventually they are going to do come together.
